I’m a Bournemouth University graduate with a BSc degree in Sports Therapy.

My journey into sports therapy began through dance. Growing up as a dancer, I experienced my fair share of injuries, which sparked my interest in injury rehabilitation and how powerful the right treatment can be.

My university experience was challenging - from lockdowns to a surprise diagnosis of coeliac disease that forced me to change my lifestyle. It pushed me to work harder and gave me a whole new appreciation for health and wellness, ultimately leading me to the fortunate position I am in today.

After graduating, I went straight into private practice, which was interrupted a year later by the opportunity of a lifetime - I was offered the role of Touring Sports Therapist for War Horse on stage! For a year and a half, I toured the UK and Ireland, looking after the cast and crew of one of my all-time favourite shows. It was an unforgettable experience and one I’ll always be grateful for.

Alongside my continued role within performing arts through Production Physiotherapy, I can also be found providing sports therapy services at Beachside across both clinics on Mondays and Tuesdays.

I also still pursue my love of dance - more as a hobby these days and enjoy helping clients get back to doing what they love too, utilising my skillset across the whole sports therapy spectrum including, assessment, rehabilitation, sports massage, mobilisations, dry needling and taping to help you out of injury and back to pain free movement.
